Francisco de la Flor has been working in the natural gas business since mid eighties. He has worked in several companies holding various positions and having responsibilities for commercial, technical, procurement, international and planning issues. He is currently Director of Regulation in Enagas since 2002.At the same time, he is a Professor for University postgraduates at the Global Development Learning Network, belonging to the World Bank, and lecturer in many other training courses and fora. He holds university degrees in Chemical Engineering and in Economics Sciences and Business Management. He has completed a Business Administration Executive Program at the IESE Business School and followed doctorate studies in Economics.
